Deep Fried Chicken that beats the Colonel Harland Sanders with a drum stick

Ingredients:

You will need 2 bowls, one for the seasoned flour and the
other for the batter.


FLOUR

1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. paprika
1 tbsp. garlic Powder
1 tsp. pepper
2tbs. no salt Organic Seasoning (we use the Kirkland Brand)



BATTER

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. pepper
2 beaten egg yolk
1 1/4 c. water
Some flour will give different results what were looking for
is a very light but not runny batter, we want it light and
crisp so mix in the amount of water for a thin pancake
batter

Note:
Try omiting the baking powder

Directions:
  1. Pre-heat deep fry to 350-deg when your ready to go place chicken in deep fry and raise temp, to 365

  2. Mix 1 1/2 c. flour

  3. 2 tsp. paprika

  4. 1 tbsp. garlic Powder

  5. 1 tsp. pepper

  6. 2 tbs. no salt Organic Seasoning (we use the Kirkland Brand)

  7. In a large bowl and whisk until fully incorporated

  8. For the batter: Beat 2 eggs yolks

  9. Add salt, pepper, water, then while mixing add the flour to achieve a thin pancake batter, if you make the batter too thick your crispy crunch will be 1/2" to an 1" thick,,, keep it thin..

  10. Chicken thighs and legs are best suited for this batter.

  11. If the legs and thighs are together separate dry then powder up with the seasoned flour then dip in the batter let drip and lay in the deep fryer.

  12. Deep fry 365 until you get an internal temperature 365 deg

  13. With the batter that is leftover you can

  14. Flour, dip and fry Cauliflower until golden brown.

  15. Or add the flour and batter together and deep-fry hushpuppies until golden brown
