Ingredients:

Fish
6 large fish fillets Whiting
Salt & Pepper
Bay leaf powder
Red bell pepper powder
Orange Peel
Cumin
Marjoram
Savory
Garlic

Batter

1  c flour
2  tsp baking powder
1  tsp salt
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp oil
1  c water
Directions:
  1. 6 large fish fillets drain and set fish on towel patt and let air dry.

  2. While sitting to dry, season salt & pepper to taste with

  4. Bay leaf powder

  5. Red bell pepper powder

  6. Orange Peel

  7. Cumin

  8. Marjoram

  9. Savory

  10. Garlic

  11. After fish has set and a good amount of the mosture has been removed mix your batter

  12. 1 c flour

  13. 2 tsp baking powder

  14. 1 tsp salt

  15. 2 tbsp. sugar

  16. 1 tbsp oil

  17. 1 c water

  18. Combine and mix all Ingredients in a large bowl

  19. Coat fish and deep fry 375deg until golden brown

  20. Serve with saffron rice and vegetables
