Ingredients:

1 - pound frozen vegetables 
1/2- pound frozen broccoli
1-1/2 qt chicken broth
3 - pounds chicken breast
1- tbls butter
Directions:
  1. Bring broth to a boil

  2. Rinse frozen vegetables with warm water add to broth

  3. Add butter cover and remove from heat.

  4. Cook chicken breast with butter in a separate skillet, bring chicken to FDAs recommended internal temperature. without overcooking

  5. Let chicken breast cool & slice to 1/2" wide.

  6. Spoon vegetables into a serving dish add the amount of chicken you desire, pour chicken broth to desired level and serve
