Dads Chicken Soup

Experts recommend chicken be cooked to an internal temperature of 170 degrees
Others say
160 degrees
This should be followed to the letter.


 Creations This is a 3 part soup

1 - pound frozen vegetables
1/2- pound frozen broccoli
1-1/2 qt chicken broth
3 - pounds chicken breast
1- tbls butter
Bring broth to a boil rinse frozen vegetables with warm water add to broth then add butter cover and remove from heat. Sauté chicken breast with butter in a separate skillet, without overcooking bring chicken to FDAs recommended internal temperature. Let chicken breast cool, slice to 1/2". Spoon vegetables into a serving dish add the amount of chicken you desire, pour chicken broth to desired level and serve.

Keep Chicken separate from soup until serving.
